Sawyer is from Vacherie, Louisiana. He is married to Mallory Triche with three children (Avery, Quinn, and Liam). He attended Nicholls State University in 2009 and obtained a Biology Degree. He then went to the University of St. Augustine in St. Augustine, Florida. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Sawyer joined the CORE team in January of 2023 because “I liked the opportunity to become more involved in preventing and treating sports-related injuries as well as continuing to provide pre and post-operative therapy to patients in Thibodaux and surrounding areas. CORE’s drive to incorporate the latest research and technology in the sports medicine field is what sets them apart from other practices.” In addition to spending time with his family, Sawyer enjoys staying active, doing CrossFit, and watching football.
