"Luckily, I happened upon this clinic en route to somewhere else. I was having some specific issues that were leading me towards surgery. The "Sports Performance" part in their name, is what caught my eye. Resistance training is my sport, so I thought perhaps they would understand my needs. Understand they did! Almost two years in (still avoiding surgery) I'm still going in three times per week to achieve my health goal of "Longevity with Quality". Dr. Sternfels masterful understanding of the bodies movement mechanics is allowing me to work programs that assist with joint mobility, flexibility and activation, as well as core balance. We have also now progressed into conditioning work for cardiopulmonary health, along with muscle strength. The attending staff is helpful with ensuring that movements are carried out properly (safety, no-pain focus). The atmosphere is always inviting, progressive, forward looking, with friendly professionalism. Just a real jewel in the health amenities crown in Thibodaux."

"Recently I've suffered from tight hip flexors and lower back pain from a season of bad form and overtraining. Mr. Zach Case prescribed an athletic protocol to correct my anterior pelvic tilt and strengthen the muscles to carry me through my planned training regiment. In less than a week, I've been able to tell a difference. The pain has lessened and I can feel the benefits of engaging muscles I have been ignoring for a while. I highly recommend working with Zach if you're experiencing any pain or if you are interested in wellness training and sports performance."

"I have been going to Core ever since my knee replacement surgery. I can't say enough about the people (everyone) working there. The way they treat EVERYONE in there with kindness is absolutely something you don't see very much these days. I just got a call from CORE stating i have been denied any more treatments by my insurance company. Makes me want to take a hammer to my other knee so i can go and visit them again."

"The ladies and gentlemen at Core are exceptional! Scheduling is easy and convenient and I love the text reminders. All the PT’s and techs in the back are super friendly and welcoming. Is PT painful? Yes! Will they make you feel like you’ve been tortured? Yes! But everything they do is with your recovery and physical health in mind. They’re great at pushing you to do your best during your recovery. Chet was very open about what his plan for me was, how long it should take to regain my strength and flexibility and what the steps to get there would be. I’m super satisfied with my care."

"I had knee replacement surgery and let me tell you, this place is great! Blake(therapist) is awesome! He is really helping me. He pushes me to keep going because he knows I'm going to have a good outcome. I will be having surgery on my other knee and I will be going back to the center. The staff that is there are fabulous! They are friendly and attentive. They make you feel comfortable. I really appreciate that 😊"

"I have had 4 previous rounds of extensive physical therapy with Chet Sternfels, consisting of 3 major surgeries on my knees and 1 on my wrist between 2007 and 2012. He has, on all accounts, gotten me to near normal function and always has surpassed my surgeon expectations. I am currently attending physical therapy with Chet for my recovery after a serious motor vehicle accident that I was in back in April of 2019. It has been a long process due to multiple brakes in my right leg and and 2 vertebrae broken in my neck. I have gone through 4 surgeries to repair all the damage to my leg and 1 surgery to repair my neck. It has not be and easy journey, but I know with the help of Core Physical Therapy, Chet and all the crew, I will get back to a functional life. With their help, I am walking and no longer need the assistance of a wheelchair, walker or crutches. There is no one that I would trust more than Chet to get me where I need to be."

"This is an amazing place, doing things again I never thought was possible. I had almost given up then Core called and Blake my therapist taught me new ways to achieve my goals of able to stop down, bend and able to do things by myself. His other workers are the best Jordan, Mindi & Lynette. This company is best physical therapy I ever experienced and have had several since my surgery in 2008. If in pain please don't hesitate.
